Lime Light is a compact, simple media player. It plays most standard file types of audio and video, and also plays Shockwave Flash files (*.swf, *.spl). This is the basic version of the Lime Media Player, best for the average user.

Lime Light requires Adobe Flash Player, DirectX, and makes use of DirectShow codecs. RealityRipple Software recommends installing the CCCP for playback of all files.

Lime Light supports playback of the following file types:
MPC, AIF, AIFC, AIFF, ASF, ASX, AU, SND, MID, MIDI, RMI, APE, FLAC, OFR, TTA, WAV, AVI, IVF, MKV, FLV, SPL, SWF, CDA, DAT, VOB, MPE, MPG, MPEG, M1V, MP2, M2V, MP2V, MPV2, MP3, MPA, AAC, M4A, M4P, M4V, MP4, OGG, OGM, MOV, QT, DV, DIF, 3GP, 3GPP, 3G2, 3GP2, RA, RAM, RM, RMM, RV, VFW, WMP, WM, WMX, WMA, WAX, WMV, WVX, M3U, PLS, and LLPL. Other formats may work with the correct DirectShow codecs.
